and i guess its a decent skill but i dont think anet is looking to add new skills anytime soon...

Your skill = a good idea for changing "Help Me!", since that skill is crap right now.

As I said before, this skill is a bit too cheap.

Para shouts can either give hp or energy, none of them give both.

It would be a nice skill though.

Would have to be a PVE skill or something as one of the posters pointed out giving both health and E is a bit too much, especially for 5e investment. If you want to really imba pve, make it a refrain, give it a 25e initial investment and then some negative effect like you lost 10-3% max health each time it is reapplied.

Because some mods seem to like taking away any freedom of speech we might have.

Well paragons aren't that proud in their energy regen lol. But since the recharge timer is 20 seconds, if someone were to start dying quickly while this skill is recharging, well... can't use this now lol.
